This Atosa/Cook Rite, 72.5 inch width 5 Wells, Electric Steam Serving Tables keeps all your menu items piping hot and ready to serve. Although intended for dry use, these steam table can be used wet with a compatible spillage pan, it comes with all the features you are looking for in a steam table: Each independent well comes with separate heat elements of 750 watts per well. Its made from 18 gauge durable stainless steel construction and requires a 240V connection. It also comes with a convenient undershelf for storage.

- Temperature Control—Individual infinite switch controls each well
- Two type heat elements– 500 watt per well and 750 watt per well
- Stainless steel die-stamped opening—12”x20”, rising lip around well can keep well clean, and food pan to be easy to load and unload.
