The (4) open burners deliver flexibility and adaptability to your busy kitchen. The (4) PyroCentric burner heads produce (2) rings of flame for even cooking regardless of the pan size. This open restaurant range was designed with anti-clogging burners and (1) standing pilot per burner for instant ignition. The front and back grates are made of heavy duty cast iron, and lift off for easy cleaning. The (5) cool-to-the-touch control knobs are made of durable cast aluminum with a Valox™ heat protecting grip. The standard chef depth oven has a unique linear burner to provide even heating throughout the 27,000 BTU oven. The interior sides, rear, deck and door lining are porcelainized for easy cleaning. The oven accommodates 18 inch by 26 inch sheet pans front to back. (1) chrome oven rack is included. This product measures 56.5 inches tall, 24 inches wide, and 31.5 inches in depth
